A start up service charge is when you have not cleaned your yard (poop droppings) for a while. 2 weeks or more. This is applied when you start service with us. This is a one-time charge for the term of the monthly contract. Or when you cancel service’s and have been inactive for 31 days or more or which is greater of the two.

We are still out of town at this time. We will be returning shortly as our vacation is coming to a close.

In Dec 2011 we will be increasing our customer base greatly. We will also be increasing our service levels to fit more clients needs. As time goes on these extra services will be included in our new rates in Jan 2012.

First thank you for being GREAT customers of ours. We will be taking a break yes an official summer break to take care of our Fathers affairs once again. It was a total shock we lost our father! But It lays on us to get the job done and squared away.
We are trying hard to elimate breaks in service to you in the future. Once all of these private affairs settle down service will continue uninterrupted as before. Please allow us the time needed to take care of this as it lay’s on our lap with no one else to cover services to our client’s. We are leaving once again for California on June 28th 2011. We should be back on July the 4th. Service will resume as usual on the 5th of July. We realize this must cause some interference with pickup days. Have no worry’s we will pick up on that Tuesday for all clients. Cleints affected by this outage for the few days will receive a 15% discount on their next invoice. Please bear with us during this difficult time.
